After graduating from university in 2011, Leon Li began his entrepreneurial journey. The early days were extremely challenging, with a small team of just a few people having to handle everything, including procurement, design, setting up the online store, and managing operations and after-sales services. Working 16 hours a day was still not enough to get everything done.
Through hard work and perseverance, they finally started to see some progress. By 2015, to help people with disabilities in his hometown, Leon Li moved the manufacturing factory back home and provided job opportunities for these individuals, directly improving their lives. These wonderful people with disabilities also gave their best in return, putting their heart and sweat into every piece of clothing.
If you find the quality of VICTRAY's clothing excellent, it's no surprise – it is the meticulous work of everyone involved. As of 2024, Leon Li has enabled these wonderful workers to lead a life of warmth and happiness. VICTRAY's future plans include accommodating more people with disabilities and providing them with social security and decent salaries and benefits. This is Leon Li's ultimate wish.
As a Christian, Leon Li believes in the inherent goodness of humanity and hopes to offer protection to every angel who has lost their wings on earth.
